It's fantastic watching those gobby cheating fuckers suffer but don't ever fully write them off.

They will definitely turn up for the Ashes and although I am confident they will go home with fuck all, I do think they will have England worried on occasion.

I believe though that Edgbaston, if all three convicted convicts are selected, could be an even funnier humiliation for us to witness with Cam, Dave and Twitching Piggy Face all going or not many.

Cricket Australia, please select the mentally disintegrated....

That leg break by Yadav to get Paine was a great ball.

There's some decent talent coming through on this Indian team, should be fun to watch over the next few years if they stay injury free. Prithvi Shaw (19) / Rishabh Pant (21) / Yadav (24) and Bumrah is only 25. However with that action he has...you have to think his back will give out at some point.

Re: Ashes 2019
Yes, a home defeat by a subcontinent team is a low point. First ever

How have England managed to cope with 8 of them?

Quite easily,as I suspect we've played a lot more home tests against India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, than Australia have.

The overall number of home test defeats against those sides (as a percentage), is probably quite close to Australia's..

History is history. The current India side doesn't travel well. Couldn't even beat an England side which has a poor top order.

Mind you, at least England batsmen score the occasional century, unlike Australia recently (no centuries in two of the last 3 series, including this one).

Not all is lost though. There is a way through this for the Aussie Cricket team.

A trip to B&Q.

Aisle 14 it's in, I believe.

Yeah they had chance to build a decent innings and show what they were made off and they let themselves down

They had a bit of Ed Cowan on the bbc today.
Quite rightly saying today was set up for the top 6 to make some runs but they blew it again.
A few have had chances to step up and you’d probably only give Marcus Harris a (low) pass mark. And he has only made a couple of 70’s and too many 20’s and out.

Been at the MCG and SCG watching this shambles of an Aussie team. Bowlers are one dimensional cack and the batters have no discipline whatsoever. It's actually so pathetic that I actually want them to get better over the next few days and give India a challenge.

I don't know who the Aussie was commentating on ABC radio but he was having a proper pop at the batsmen

I believe there is a one day series v Pakistan that was scheduled for late March.
Pakistan have suggested moving it back a couple of weeks so that Warner and Smith can play.
It will be good to see them back

For the runs & the reaction
Perhaps Mike Atherton & Marcus Trescothick from Sky can interview them before the World Cup

Are you saying batsmen cheated to make runs?

So, was 1880-something the last time Australia didn't cheat then?

A home series THRASHING

You have to laugh

Re: Ashes 2019
Another abysmal batting performance, lots of starts and no one goes on with it.
No Australian centuries in the series. Think it was 1880-something that that last happened in a 4 Test or more series.

Added to the ODI series squad selection it’s all a bit of a shambles reminiscent of the mid 80’s period where they lost the Ashes away and home and lost at home to New Zealand.

236 for 6 only 185 runs to avoid the follow on

Re: Ashes 2019
He said it in the very first interview Sven

"You can ask questions as much as you like but I can promise you this is the first time it's happened and I think I've made it clear, we're regrettable and we'll move on from this,"

Although, having read it again, he might be referring specifically to cheating using sandpaper, not cheating in general.

So they've really been cheating little arseholes for a long time, but this is the first time they've been CAUGHT using SANDPAPER.

Re: Ashes 2019
The England v India series was closer than the scoreline suggested was what I meant.
India are a decent side with 2 good batsmen and the best varied pace attack they have ever had
That’s all

England will obviously be Ashes favourites at home.

Re: Ashes 2019
The Aussies will want to smash us.

They always do, but haven't won a test series in England, against England, for 18 years.
